Hey Hunks/Babes!

Here's the latest update regarding the BBQ:

• Date: 27th December 2008
  
• I went to the machine to book the pit a few days ago and found out that there are no more pits available at ECP. So, i have no other choice but to book the wan at West Coast Park. Its pit number 6. =)
  
• As for the food part, we are still considering to either have the catering done for us or to prepare the food by ourselves.
  
  If we are to get a caterer for our event, it will be more expensive but will be of Less Trouble to us.
  On the other hand, if we are to prepare the food by ourselves, it will be Less Expensive for all of us. However it will be more troublesome but with some extra manpower (~WINKS TO THOSE THAT A FREE!~), it could be fun! =)
  
• So please put your vote in the polls,

1. Catering
2. Self-prepare
3. Self-prepare and i don't mind helping out!

• Okay.. so yeah.. More updates will be up soon. You have till next Friday to do it b4 we plan for our budgeting.
  
• And also, please please please spread abt this MEGAEVENT to all those that are unaware about this. For example, i don't see Nafisah, Zaihasrah, Ruzaini and the rest in the conversations.
  
• And HAHAHHAH! I Bet by now u guys are like "WTF" about the venue. Dhahahaha! And nopes. Its not WCP la... Its soo damn far can! The real venue is none other than our hometown, Pasir Ris Park! Pit 6!
  I know its rather boring but thats my last resort and it will definitely be damn fun okay!!! =)

hallo! i'm back again. polls are closed. and the conclusion,
BBQ @ECP on the 27th December 2008! (it's a saturday)

i know it is alil bit inconvenient. but for a change. i think it'll be fun.

just for confirmation:

DATE: 27TH DECEMBER 2008
DAY: SATURDAY
TIME: 6PM ONWARDS
VENUE: EAST COAST PARK (Pit Number to be advised)
CURRENT BUDGET: $7/head

Haziq is in charge of catering/purchasing the food for the bbq. so i'll wait for his update before updating here again.

Melisa is doing the drinks and bbq stuffs. so the same, i'll wait for her before updating again. =D

so keep reading this space yea! =) of coz more help is required. so u can volunteer urself.

just for your information, the next poll will be regarding budget. apparently, we're looking at this website.. yeah.. so drinks, bbq stuffs and food all included. so yeah. we'll work from there. i'll wait for boss (Haziq) to get back to me before i add the next poll! =D

HALLO MY DEAR FRIENDSSSSSS!

it's the time of the year where we are all talking about meeting up..

so i've basically come up with the following alternative and added a poll.

NUMBER ONE: BBQ ONLY
NUMBER TWO: 2days1night Chalet + BBQ
NUMBER THREE: 3days2nights Chalet + BBQ
NUMBER FOUR: Just a mini meet up for makan somewhere..
NUMBER FIVE: Someone wanna open their house ?!
NUMBER SIX: Any other suggestions?

so yeah. of course we'll all have to chip in money. the bigger the thing, the more $$ involved lah. so yeah.. and other suggestions are definitely welcomed. =D

i'm targeting 29th or 30th december 2008? any objections? we all have to understand that we cant get everyone on any particular day. but if you could compromise?!?!

so yeah. tat's about it so far. the poll will last for two weeks before further planning and confirmation.. so keep this blog address kae! read this space as often as you can for more updates! =D
